Many of you probably don't really know who I am, because I have somehow been accumulating new followers over the past 8 years despite my more or less inactivity on this website. But the reason that I stuck around DeviantART for so long was because of the community feeling of this place. I haven't been drawing or sharing that much over the past years because I have been focused on other things, but I am surprised to see that this community keeps on giving and giving!
I used to be very active here, and one of my favourite things was commenting and contributing to, and building the community here. The connection and friendships that we form, and the feedback and criticism that we receive is the true benefit of using sites such as this one. I want to get to know all of the people who have found me over the years, and to also contribute back into the community a little bit, so what I would like is for you to leave a comment and just say hi and tell me a bit about yourself if you like. I'd also like to invite you to leave a link to one of your pieces that you would like to receive some feedback on (bearing in mind that I only have experience in digital and traditional media, and not really in photography or poetry/prose or photomanipulation) and I will try to get you some feedback
Don't feel shy, I used to comment on an image of nearly everyone who favourited something of my mine or added me to their watch to try to build the community and spirit, but I just don't have time or energy for that anymore... so here is your opportunity to speak up and say hi and I will do my best to get you some feedback. I'm heading out for most of today so if I don't respond immediately don't be surprised, it may take me some time depending on how many responses that I get.
Also if you guys have any requests for any new tutorials or anything, let me know. The ones that I have are really out of date, but they seem to be going quite strong. I like to share all of my secrets so feel free to ask away if you have any questions on art that you think that I can help you with.
Looking forward to meeting all of you

As you likely noticed... I have been very inactive on deviantart. I actually don't draw as much as I used to, but I have been travelling and being crafty. I decided to create an instagram to document some of it, and you can find it here if you are interested: http://instagram.com/lostlittlecanadian
Also, I have been sketching and doing some smaller stuff, and it will likely end up on there as well!
Tablet Size
I mentioned a (long) while back that I am going to get myself a new tablet. Well I am finally going to buy it. I am going to buy the Intuos 4, but I don't know if I should get the medium or large.
I had heard some people say that the large is too large and uncomfortable. Others say it was totally worth the splurge.
What do you guys think?
Medium (8.8" X 5.5") or large (12.8" X 8.0")??
Thanks! Hopefully I will get all of my hardware sorted out soon and will be posting some new stuff.
Back from Europe
Thanks for being patient with me, still going through my inbox! I will try to be posting more work now, I know I have't uploaded much over the past few years.
How was your summer?
Cities in Europe and things to do in them
Hey all, I was wondering if you had any advice for living in, having lived in, or visited the following cities. What would one go and see/do/watch/experience in them? I like outdoorsy things (biking, kayaking, hiking, boating, etc) and artsy things (of couse. though I prefer going to a nice gallery than a museum, personally!)
Stockholm, Sverige
Wien, Österreich (Vienna)
Utrecht, Nederland
Paris, France
København, Danmark
Hopefully didn't butcher the names too bad (Is Stockholm REALLY CALLED Stockholm in Swedish??)
