Monarch

Those who know me, know that I am an avid knitter. I like to buy artisan hand dyed yarn because I like to support artists, and because I think that the resulting product makes a nicer project for me One of my favourite yarn dyers is Hedgehog fibres, and when they announced that they would be releasing a popular yarn club colour (typically exclusive) as a spring colourway, I snapped one up! I was inspired to ink this while I waited, and have been patiently and carefully colouring these little butterflies ever since. I think that creativity is so inspiring. Art inspires art. A reminder to always share your work, because art transcends boundaries and you never know who will be inspired by what you create, and what will be a product of that inspiration!
